Future PMO is a one-day event that is for PMO and project management professionals of all levels. Attendees gather from across the globe.

What to Expect: The speakers are a balance of PMO and project portfolio management but this is also a social event in a non-sales environment, which adds to its attraction. For example, this year’s theme is retro gaming. So get ready to level up! Speakers include Federico Vargas, CEO, GE360 and keynote speaker Laura Barnard, training and consultant, on PMO strategies.

1. Project Summit Business Analyst World (PMBA) 2024

What to expect: The Project Summit Business Analyst World remains one of the largest conferences in entire North America and Canada. The events are held in late spring this year, in prestigious locations like the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld and The West Arlington Gateway. Book your stay as soon as possible to take part in the numerous educational sessions. You’ll be able to earn both PDUs and CDU-s while listening to expert guest speakers and participating in excellent hands-on workshops.

2. Change Management Global Connect 2024

Where and when: San Diego, CA, US, February 29 – March 2 | Virtual Event, June 11 – June 13

What to expect: This year’s San Diego CHG MGMT conference aims to answer questions about the scope of impact that change managers can have on change, and vice versa. Talks and workshops revolve around the skills required by leadership in a rapidly evolving business world and how to best prepare for the future.

The 2024 Virtual edition of the Change Management Global Connect – titled “The Future of Change is Now” focuses on AI and machine learning, VR, self-driving cars, wearable tech, and advanced robotics.

4. Global Scrum Gathering (GSG) 2024

Where and when: New Orleans, LA, US, May 19 – May 22

What to expect: Listed among the most significant events for the Agile community, the Global Scrum Gathering of 2024 will be hosted at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel. 77 Project Management Conferences

In the field of project management, conferences provide a good opportunity to hear new ideas and network with professional peers. At the same time, certified project managers can acquire learning hours or units that are required to maintain their respective certificates by attending project management conferences.

A big number of project management conferences are hosted by associated project management bodies like the Project Management Institute (PMI), Association for Project Management (APM), or International Project Management Association (IPMA). There are also independent conferences, which veer away from the traditional approaches of project management. Scroll down for the full list of project management conferences. The list will be regularly updated, so come back to check it out whenever you are planning to visit a new conference.

The list includes only conferences that are dedicated to project management. It does not include Agile conferences, which are also often attended by project managers. If you know of any project management conference that is not in this list, please let us know in the comments and we will add it.

The distribution of conferences throughout the year follows holiday seasonality. The high peaks are in the spring and autumn, and activity almost grinds to a halt during the summer months of July and August. In terms of location, most of the conferences take place in Europe and North America.

Agile Alliance is a global nonprofit membership organization founded on the Manifesto for Agile Software Development. Its Agile annual conference is all about the exploration, innovation and advancement of agile values and principles.

What to Expect: The conference brings a spectrum of agile communities together to share experiences and network. Global professionals attend to learn about the latest practices, ideas and strategies in agile software development from leading experts, change agents and innovators. The conference is open to all but members get a significant discount on registration.

На протяжении всех дней XXII Международной Конференции ПМСОФТ по управлению проектами «Устойчивое развитие. Экономика новой реальности — 2» в Сочи проходила первая сертификация в России PM.certifica.
